Project 1 / Exercise 1: Audio Dubbing

WEEK 3

In this project we are supposed to add in sound effects and Ambience Sound in a silent clip of Everything, Everywhere, All at once.

Premiere Pro Process
First, I add the sound effects as it was the hardest part to implement after that I add in the raw voice over and ambience sound.

I use a Pitch Shifter Effect to edit my voice to match the characters. And adjust the volume and the audio grain on to the sound effects and ambience sound.

Reflection
In movies it is important to create a storyboard in order to visualize the types of shots that will be used in the movie. It also prevents continuity errors.

Reflection
Film making is a process that has to go through several stages to make it come through. I can't really pinpoint the amount of work and effort for the directors have to go through to make the idea of a movie come through. One example is budgeting having a team that consists of hundreds of people working towards making the movie. Above all the work. the postproduction team has to find ways to market the movie which is another gigantic task.
