Introduction to Basic Composition
The whole entire class are move from Computer Lab D7.04 to Design Studio E1.03 Mr Yusoff give us a briefing that we are tasks cut out the design elements (magazine, newspaper) for a collage to make 3 composition of it and submit it in Google classroom by April 18. We are taught about using different key element to make a good composition.

Basic compositions for design:
- Focal Point
- Scale & Hierarchy
- Balancing asymmetrical elements
- White Space/Empty Spaces
- Rule of Thirds
- Golden Ratio

PRATICAL
Instruction:
- Choose and identify your collage's design elements to be cut out and compose it into your own concept & story.
- Pre compositing your collage's design elements into a composition. Reference: https://youtu.be/2KqXGMf0HNk
- Take 3 photo of your collage pre-composition and insert it on the section below.
- Submit in Google Classroom
Project 1A: Physical Collage Design
In Week 2 we are tasked to collect newspaper and magazine cut out the images. And make 3 different compositions out of those images. From there Mr. Yusoff will pick out the best composition. I don't have any newspaper and magazines at home, so my mother's friend helps me collect the magazines and the newspapers. Majority of them are educational or travel related magazines. Which makes it difficult to find a good element.
